Ylioppilaskunnan Laulajat - Second American Tour - 1 November - 23 December, 1953

The chorus traveled by Greyhound Bus, by train, and by plane.
The men entered US airspace on November 1st, 1953.
The first performance was in New Haven, Connecticut, on November 4th. The next day the chorus flew to Hanover..
November 6 and 7 the chorus was in Boston.
From there the group went to several towns and arrived in New York on November 15th.
The next stops were in Toronto, Cleveland, Detroit and Cincinnati.
The 20th and 21st ov November they performed there with the Cincinnati Symphony under Thor Johnson.
They traveled by train to Chicago. You can follow the complete trip on the map.
At the end they visited New York again on December 20th 1953.6
